Charlotte teaches private group or one-on-one classes, tailor made to suit individual needs and desires.
Whether you are a total beginner or have a more established regular practice, private classes are perfect for addressing personal needs and goals. This format allows the client to have the teacher’s total attention, nurturing the development of a strong, safe, and suitable challenge for every individual.
Charlotte’s teaching experience is based in traditional Hathayoga and a flow based Vinyasa. Her classes incorporate meditation, prānāyāma (breath work), as well as āsana (postures) and breath regulated flow.
